The Miller Open Education Mini-Grant Program provides
funding for Iowa State University instructors to adopt, edit, or create open educational
resources (OER), free instructional materials that can be customized to fit specific course needs.
The goal of the Mini-Grant Program is to encourage
pedagogical innovation by providing instructors with the time and
resources they need to redesign their courses around the use of OER.
The call for proposals for the 2024 Miller Open Education Mini-Grant Program closes at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, April 15, 2024.
The 2024 call includes a new track for original publications that relate to the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals, a strategic priority area for the ISU Digital Press. You can learn more about this new track and the application process on the Mini-Grant Program website.
The Miller Open Education Mini-Grant Program is co-funded by the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT), the Iowa State University Library, and the Office of the Senior Vice President and Provost (SVPP).Back to News List
