This one-page PDF provides a simple flowchart outlining what Reportable diseases (RDs) and Foreign animal diseases (FADs) look like and how they should be reported. It may be supplemented by the "Frequently Asked Questions on Reportable Animal Diseases for Organic/Alternative Livestock Producers" handout for additional information.
