A collaboration between the Oregon Cartoon Project’s Katherine Richardson Bruna, Natalie Garcia, our 2024–2025 artist-in-residence, and a team of naturalists, Captain & Blue: A Story of Wetland Wonders tells the story of a species at risk of extinction, an unlikely friendship, and the work humans can do as environmental stewards.
