If you weren’t there, you should have been. MAC had a grand fall meeting. The fall weather was great for the tours (though all I got to do was walk over the old railroad bridge to the Rock Island Arsenal), the sessions were so good that I made sure Council meetings didn’t conflict with anything, and I had a lovely catfish dinner in a restaurant with (I am not making this up) thousands of men’s ties hanging from the ceiling!
