Abstract
The Task Force to Review MAC’s Constitution and Bylaws was appointed by President Valerie Browne in December 1992 at the request of Council. Task Force members include: Menzi Behrnd‑Klodt, Chair; Jim Fogerty; Mary Ann Bamberger; Glen Gildemeister; Patricia Michaelis, and after her term ended in May 1993, Valerie Browne.
