Abstract

Thanks far more to the hard work of many other people rather than me, a lot has been accomplished: our Newsletter and Archival Issues are better and more timely, we have a member interest survey that helps meet needs, we have a revised constitution and by‑laws, a revised membership year and dues schedule, guidelines for most committees, a minority scholarship program, an even stronger fiscal position, expanded workshops, a meeting coordinating committee, fine meetings and programs—and liability insurance so we can have a beer at the Mixer which we may need as we say good‑bye to the Bismarck after over two decades. The view to the rear is a satisfying one.
