Abstract

APPLETON, WI (Sept. 27, 1995)—When visitors step through the door of the new gallery at Aid Association for Lutherans (AAL), they step into a time machine. They find themselves in a turn‑of‑the‑century kitchen and travel through exhibits to the present, learning why the fraternal benefit society was formed in 1902 and how it has been helping people ever since.
