Abstract

I have stumbled onto a conspiracy of grand proportions. That the conspiracy is of my own doing is bad enough, but the scope of my own ignorance in instigating this conspiracy is astonishing. I am simply speechless. (Luckily, I can still write about it). This treachery is my intentional act of leading archivists down the rosy path of technology without telling them of the thorns along the way. I have influenced people into embracing technology that is fraught with dangers. I have been accused of boldly telling archivists to go where they have never gone before, into the technological void we call the 20th century. I’m guilty; take my computer away.
