Cell Phones in the Archives: Or Pardon Me While I Step Outside to Scream
- Nancy Sandleback
Abstract
To paraphrase Shakespeare, "The first thing we do, let's destroy all the cell phones .... " Don't get me wrong, I have a cell phone. I carry it with me. It's just rarely turned on ... to the complete and utter frustration of my family and friends. Why, you ask? That is, why do I carry a cell phone but rarely have it turned on, not why do I try to frustrate my family and friends (that's another story).
