Abstract
The recipient of the 2009 Louisa Bowen Memorial Scholarship for Graduate Students in Archival Administration is Jessica Miller. Miller is a student at Wayne State University in the Library and Information Science program and is working toward a Graduate Certificate in Archival Administration. She has worked in a variety of archives, including the Benson Ford Research Center, the Wyandotte Historical Museum, Archives of Michigan, and the Library of Congress. Miller published an article in the March 2009 issue of the Records Manager titled "Records Management in a Local Court System and Government Offices."
