Abstract
I write my last presidential letter at a moment when economic pessimism is the dominant sentiment, and when "hunker down" and "retreat" are the watchwords. So, it may seem like an odd time to imagine the full glass and to start reaching towards it. But this is my lame-duck advice for MAC as I get ready to waddle off from its leadership.
