Abstract
More than three hundred participants crowded into the starting gates in Louisville for the first MAC annual meeting, held April 17-19, in MAC's lucky 13th state of Kentucky. The lovely Brown Hotel in downtown Louisville played host as attendees distilled the past and raced toward the future with workshops, sessions, tours, and special events.
