Abstract
I am very proud to have been awarded the Archie Motley Memorial Scholarship for Minority Students. While I was already a student member of the Midwest Archives Conference, I am very excited that a complimentary year of membership to MAC is part of the scholarship. This will allow me the opportunity to get more involved in the organization. I sincerely appreciate and respect MAC for its commitment to diversity in the form of this scholarship and other initiatives. Through its scholarship offerings, the Midwest Archives Conference has demonstrated that it is supportive of the learning and growth of all students in the field.
