Abstract

For the last time I am putting the finishing touches on a newsletter. Eight issues and some 225 pages. A lot of changes from a 10 page number in January to this issue's 50 pages. I hope and believe that some of the material in these pages has been useful; while, at the same time, I know it could have been done better. The thought still nags and worries me that some readers did not feel free to share their ideas and opinions. Please do so with your new editor, Tom Elliott (address on p. 20). He would welcome your views and needs your help.
