Abstract
We preservation professionals don’t promote ourselves enough and we should be enlisting greater assistance from the archivists and librarians we work with daily to help promote that preservation cause. Let’s face it: the survival of the original artifact makes archivists and manuscript librarians more than mere keepers of information.
