Abstract
Don’t be distressed. Your next issue of MAC Newsletter will not carry a column from the Lone Arranger. Not to worry. I have not been assimilated by the Big Archives Machine. I’ve simply decided to go underground for awhile. As I put the finishing touches on my last installment in February, I was surprised to discover that it’s been five years that we’ve shared this corner of observation, advice, humor, and the occasional bit of whining that I’ve called the “Lone Arranger” column.
