Introdution to MAC Membership Questionnaire

Abstract
This questionnaire,which begins on page 31, serves two purposes. The first is to provide information for the MAC Membership Directory. The second, more important and wider ranging, is to collect information about the professional activities and interests of our members and to amass data on the membership's activities in MAC and parallel organizations. As a result, Mac will be able to provide its members with both better services and more informative meetings.
