Editor's Note

Abstract
In our editor's note for the April, 1973 issue, we asked: "Who will serve as editor when I retire this Fa 11?" Almost no answers were received to the question. Now the issue must be discussed at the Spring meeting. Last Fall it seemed unwise for us to leave the newsletter when we were still in the organizing stage, but now it is time to bring in a new editor who may be better able to meet the needs of our readers. Please think about the matter and come to the Chicago meeting prepared to discuss what should be done. I will edit three more issues (through October) but the process of selecting a new editor and determining editorial policy should begin now so that the transfer will be orderly this Fall.
