Report of the Nominating Commettee

Abstract
In May our committee began the task of finding a slate of candidates for the fall election which would furnish MAC with first rate leadership, and fulfill our mandate to nominate as equitably as possible. We attempted to keep in mind not only our obligation (according to the By-Laws) to prohibit more than one representative from any given depository from serving on the Council, but also to balance the slate as much as possible between men and women, "Chiefs and Indians", and professional interest. While such goals are bound to prove somewhat illusory, we feel that we had at least a certain measure of success in their attainment.
