Abstract
Recent months have witnessed a good deal of discussion within the ranks of MAC over such pressing problems as the lack of job openings for archivists, job security, and salary inequities. Additionally a number of sessions at MAC meetings have concerned themselves with collecting policies and procedures. In the course of these sessions it became clear that only a minute amount of documentation produced by Americans was finding its way into our archives.
