Abstract
Those of you who have ever planned a program know how much trouble it can be. The "Advance Program Notes 11 which appear below were written by Paul Hass, who is editor of the State Historical Society of Wisconsin Press when he isn't writing stuff like this. Paul, in a more serious moment, designed our masthead. We hope the "program" gives you a laugh. After reading it, please tear off this sheet and put the poster on the other side up on a bulletin board. Let's have a big crowd in Madison!
