Society of American Archivists Proposed Resolution on Discrimination in the Archival Profession
- Elsie Freivogel
Abstract
The Society of American Archivists, through its organized resources and the support of its membership, commits itself to eliminate throughout the archival profession employmentdiscrimination because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, life style or political affiliation. To do less is incompatible with the standards of the profession and membership in the Society of American Archivists.
