Abstract
As a lone arranger, developing and drawing upon a strong professional network is crucial to my success. I recently was hired as the first institutional archivist for the Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C). I am working for a records manager and assisting with records management duties in addition to building an archives program from the ground up.
