Abstract

The political cartoon represents, in its purest form, the truth of the old axiom that a picture is worth a thousand words. A clear, well-drawn graphic can be amazingly effective in expressing a particular political point, and has the ability to change minds, move hearts, inspire emotions, and shift loyalties.
