Adhesives in Library and Archives Conservation: A Colloquium Review

Abstract
The first Biennial Conservation Colloquium was held at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in early November 2014. Four conservators traveled to Urbana from the United Kingdom and across the United States to speak about their research or practical experience working with various adhesives in library and archives conservation. Thanks to generous funding from John Wilkin, dean of libraries, and the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, the daylong event was free to 50 attendees.
