This site provides an opportunity for MAC Annual Meeting presenters to share their presentation materials with conference attendees and the public. Presentation slides, posters, and handouts can be shared through this site. This page will help to ensure your presentation is ready for submission to the site.

This site provides presenters at the annual meeting of the Midwest Archives Conference with an opportunity to share their slides and other presentation materials with meeting attendee and the public.

Focus and Scope

This site is used to share presentation materials from the Midwest Archives Conference Annual Meetings.

Submission Checklist

  • Upload all presentations from a session in a single record.
  • When completing the "Article Information" page, use the title and description as printed in the Annual Meeting program.
  • Submit posters presentation files under "Manuscript Files"
  • Handouts and other supplementary materials may be also uploaded using the "Figures and Data Files" option.

Copyright Notice

Presenters retain copyright in their presentation materials and grant the Midwest Archives Conference non-exclusive permission to distribute presentation materials through this site, or any other site designated by MAC in the future. If desired, presenters may share their presentations under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license, which grants readers permission to copy, adapt, and distribute presentation materials so long as the original is properly cited and used for non-commercial purposes.

MAC Annual Meeting Presentations allows the following licences for submission:

  • CC BY-NC 4.0
    Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use. NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes. No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.
