Destrozada
Abstract
My inspiration for this garment developed from the Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. I was moved by the strength she exhibited despite having endured a tumultuous and shattered life – which inspired the title of my design: Destrozada, meaning “shattered” in Spanish.
