Abstract

The combination of manipulating design elements of negative space and shadows, as well as a play on the 1950s era, serve as the inspiration for this look. The sharpness of the shoulder line and the softness of fabric texture portray that this "daring darling" is not afraid of having a bit of adventure and she is definitely going to look her best at it. This dress was meant for the girl who wants that one flirty, go-to look she can rely on day or night.

Keywords: shadow, fifties, peter pan collar, negative space
