Abstract

The purpose of this exploratory qualitative study was to lean about the community quilting habits of a sample of quilters, and to determine their use of social media under the structure of the Uses and Gratifications theory.  Data were collected from 10 quilters, who all use social media for quilt-related communication.  The most used social site for interactions with other quilters was Facebook.
