Abstract

There were two primary objectives of this study:1) Examine the impact of retailers' bankruptcy filing on consumers' perceived quality, perceived risk, brand trust, and purchase intentions. 2) Examine the moderating role of brand reputation and brand price level on the impact of retailers' bankruptcy filing.
