Abstract
“This is the true story of twenty professional staff, picked to go to a national conference, live in a hotel for five days, share their stories, and have their lives exposed. Find out what happens, when people stop being polite, and start getting real... The Real World!”In this session, a panel of professional staff will share their stories as they embarked on a journey to engaging in critical discourse around race. They will shared what they’ve learned from their journey, how to they’ve grown personally and professionally, and how they’ve incorporated their learning into their workspaces. Come to this session ready to hear their stories.
