Engineering Faculty Reflection on the NCORE Experience

Abstract
Faculty from the College of Engineering will share their personal NCORE narratives including why each person chose to attend the national conference, key learnings they walked away with, and their experiences preparing for NCORE, attending NCORE, and returning to campus. The collective stories will be shared through two lenses. First, the focus will be on how opportunities to learn and process, both as individuals and as a group, helped to understand others’ perspectives and experiences. Second, the focus will be on how the experience impacted members’ professional and personal perspectives and the ways they serve and support our students.
