Abstract
In Fall of 2022 the Ivy College of Business DEI strategic planning task force began a collaborative process to infuse its strategic plan with DEI metrics and objectives, and the creation of an accountability system to monitor improvement. The result is a creation of a new scorecard that provides a snapshot of our progress across goals. This section will focus on the process used by the task force, and Ivy’s DEI metrics and objectives.
