Dialogues on Diversity: Exploring Identity Development for Sorority and Fraternity Leaders

Abstract
The need for our Sorority and Fraternity Community leaders to be able to communicate across differences and the ability to create a welcoming climate that values and appreciates Diversity has been identified as a necessary competency to serve effectively. Executive officers from all 4 governing councils, CPC, IFC, NPHC, and MGC, are asked to take this 7-week course to explore diversity within the context of the Iowa State University campus and our SFE Community.
