Keynote—Faculty Reflection on Attending NCORE 2022: Growing Professionally and Building Community

Abstract
Faculty panelists will reflect on their experiences at 2022 NCORE in Portland, Oregon. The conference provided a platform for discussing current issues and best practices related to diversity and inclusion in higher education. Faculty panelists will provide insight into how they maximized their conference experience. The panel will also focus on the presentations and workshops that faculty members attended, highlighting key themes and ideas that emerged. Additionally, the panel discussion will include reflections on how the faculty grew professionally and built community as well as recommendations for how the faculty members applied their learning to research, teaching, service, and outreach. Overall, the presentation will provide valuable information for other educators and administrators looking to improve their professional goals and objectives.
