Abstract
ESCORE—One example of the benefit of the NCORE/ISCORE for staff development and the broader impact within the units. Five colleagues had an interest in learning more about race & ethnicity. We thought we prepared ourselves for the NCORE adventure, were ready to learn, and had an open mind. We will share how we prepared beforehand, what we experienced during NCO RE, our actions since returning to campus and our recommendations for others who should attend.
