This two-piece outfit was designed for a piano recital. The top and pants were selected to stimulate the idea of a man's tail coat tuxedo with a feminine style. The straight legged pants were developed to have a neat appearance but not hamper leg movements. The top has a front button closure and full-rolled collar. The sleeves are made of a sheer fabric to accentuate the hand and arm movement. The back of the top has an extended tail to stimulate the tail coat. A smocked peplum is added to the back waist area to add interest to the back.
