Learning Outcomes Improvement Planning Through an Equity Lens

Abstract

Join staff members from the ISU Child Welfare Research and Training Project to explore their learning outcomes improvement plan (LOIP) used to provide quality assurance for social worker training. This session will unpack how the improvement plan was developed, how research was used to substantiate the tools and processes utilized, and how the LOIP centers equity in the content, design, and delivery of professional training for social workers.
